Refund policy

At JZofAllTrades, each product is made-to-order using 3D printing, which means items are specially created after your order is placed. Because of this, we maintain a strict but fair policy to ensure quality and prevent misuse.

1. Return Eligibility

We follow a no return policy.
Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Return Timeframe

Since returns are not accepted, there is no return window applicable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only provided under the following condition:

The product is damaged or defective due to unforeseen circumstances during transit

To be eligible for a refund:

You must contact us within 2 days of receiving the product
You must provide valid proof (clear images or videos) showing the damage

4. Refund Process and Timing

Once your request is received, we will review the provided proof
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note that all refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of JZofAllTrades.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges
In approved cases of damage, we may choose to provide a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the situation
